Kitschen Cat is a food blog that became super popular due to the pressure cooker recipes Jessie started sharing a few years ago. She came to us needing a brand to really set herself apart within the food blogging world as well as a website that showed off all her delicious recipes with a focus on being super easy to navigate and search.
For Kitschen Cat, we wanted to keep the brand super approachable with a “handmade” approach, since cooking is all about doing it from scratch and Jessie also shares a lot about her family and her experience within the foster case system. By hand drawing the kitchen utensils to use as brand assets, as well as hand lettering her logo, we were working towards the idea that these could be doodles on the side of a hand written recipe card.
“Catryn with Sweet Horizon went above and beyond with my website redesign. I didn’t have a clear vision going in, and she walked me through the process step by step, and produced an outcome above and beyond what I ever imagined. I’ll be coming back to Catryn again and again in the future!”
